Golden Wings

Golden Wings is a flying club that operates out of Gibbs at Montgomery Field. If you decide to start flying lesson than you would need to become a member of Golden Wings. A membership allows you to schedule airplanes when you and your instructor have agreed on the time and also covers you under the club's insurance. It's only $29.50 a month and a $25.00 dollar sign up fee. If you are under the age of 18 and don't fly very often you can sign up for a youth membership for only $6.25 a month!

Once you have your license you can schedule the a plane anytime you would like. Maybe you would like to go to Catalina or Vegas for the weekend? All you have to do is book the plane for the days you will be gone and the plane is yours! Being a part of a flying club is a great priviledge and as long as you follow the rules and fly safe you will be able to continue to enjoy those priviledges.
